Christine knows that Home means different things to different people.
It can be your sanctuary. The place where you catch your breath. Where you gather with friends. Where you celebrate your family.
It can also be your Home away from Home, or your family’s generational security. Christine specializes in finding homes internationally for her clients, as well as making wise real estate investment decisions that will secure a brighter future for generations.
Christine Christiansen: Global Perspective. Local Expertise. Results-Driven.
Christine understands that home means something different to everyone. It might be a sanctuary at the end of a long day, the place where you gather with loved ones, or a long-term investment that secures your family’s future. Whether it’s your primary residence, vacation retreat, or part of a strategic real estate portfolio, Christine brings clarity, care, and expertise to every transaction.
With over two decades of experience in Marin County real estate and a background in finance and global project management, Christine offers a rare combination of strategic insight and personal connection. She specializes in helping clients navigate high-value, often complex transactions—locally and internationally—with discretion and integrity.
Christine is a graduate of both San Rafael High School and Cairo American College, and earned her MBA from Dominican University of California. Before transitioning to real estate, she held leadership roles in the tech and finance sectors. Her global outlook was shaped early—growing up as the daughter of a Bechtel executive, she lived in Brazil, Afghanistan, Norway, and Egypt, celebrating her 10th birthday in Kabul. That international foundation continues to guide her work today, especially when assisting clients relocating, investing, or purchasing abroad. She holds the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and regularly works with clients across borders.
Christine’s in-depth knowledge of Marin’s luxury real estate market, combined with her extensive network and reputation for professionalism, gives her clients a distinct advantage—especially in competitive or off-market opportunities. She is a member of the exclusive Marin Platinum Group (top 100 agents) and the Top Agent Network (top 10% of agents in the county).
Deeply committed to her community, Christine is the lead sponsor of the Leadership Lecture Series at Dominican University, helping bring world-class thinkers and changemakers to Marin. Her family shares a lasting connection to the university—her mother earned her master’s degree there, Christine earned her MBA, and her son is also a proud Dominican graduate.
Christine lives in Marin with her beloved St. Bernard, Caesar. She draws inspiration from the Amalfi Coast, the serenity of Lake Tahoe, and the breathtaking beauty of Norway’s fjords.
If you’re considering buying or selling, Christine would be honored to help you reach your goals with confidence, strategy, and discretion.
